Ginger Beef Stir-Fry

Thinly sliced beef with crisp vegetables in a glossy ginger-garlic soy sauce.

Ingredients

  • Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)400g
  • Soy sauce3 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce1 tbsp
  • Cornstarch1 tbsp
  • Bell pepper1
  • Snow peas1 cup
  • Ginger (julienned)1 inch
  • Garlic cloves2
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Instructions

    Toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch.

    Whisk remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce.

    Heat a wok until smoking; add oil and sear beef in batches.

    Remove beef; add garlic and ginger, stir-fry 30 seconds.

    Add vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.

    Return beef to wok; pour in sauce and toss to coat.

    Serve immediately over steamed rice.
